About Us
Family owned and operated “Junk Removal” company looking to go national. Technician’s work together to take items from client’s homes or do light demo work. Junk items are placed in truck and taken to be recycled, donated, or trashed. This work does include lifting heavy items on a regular basis.

Pay

Hours
We generally schedule jobs from 6am – 10pm. This doesn’t mean you have to work all those hours in a day, it just means those are our actual working hours, in general.
We work whenever there is work for us to do. You can work a regular schedule of hours if you desire, however we would ideally like someone who has a flexible schedule and is willing to work when there is work to do within the hours noted above (6am – 10pm).
When there is no “junk removal” work on the schedule you will do any
number of lead generation tasks including, but not limited to:
- Placing door hangers
- Placing road signs
- Visiting with brokers, realtors, lawyers, property management companies, contractors, and other places for potential leads for the business.
Hiring Process
01.
Complete all parts of the application.

Qualified candidates will be asked to have a zoom / and or phone interview.
03.
Those who pass the zoom / and or phone interview, will be invited for an in-person interview / ride along, i.e. a “working interview” with the company owners and or other employees / workers. This “working interview” will involve riding in the truck as a passenger, assisting with jobs, and seeing the day to day operations of the business. Being asked to participate in a “working interview” does not guarantee you a position in the company and is not an offer of a position. It is ONLY part of the interview process. Applicants who are asked to participate in a “working interview” will be paid for their time at the end of the” working interview” way!

Following the “working interview”, we will reach out to your six supplied references.
05.
Those who pass the interview process will be hired “CONTINGENT” upon passing a background screening.
06.
Employees that pass the background screening, will have a probationary period that can last up to 90 days. Also, there will be an employee review every one to two weeks.
